Greetings from SHAD RASAS!! Cooking special recipes was an alternative for our weekend dinner at hotels in Fujairah...Being vegetarians our choices of such hotels in fujairah were limited...this led us to think about preparing delicious, simple and healthy dishes in Home itself.We thank our parents, many cookery shows and blogs for their contributions...and an interesting thing is that, we convert all the non vegetarian recipes to veg by replacing beef with soya chunks,chicken with Mushroom and Gobi etc...
